East Anglia Children's Hospice

Description

East Anglia's Children's Hospice offers care and support to children and young people with life-threatening conditions. With three hospices across East Anglia. The Nook in Norfolk, The Treehouse in Suffolk and one in Milton, Cambridgeshire. 

The Treehouse hospice is located in Ipswich and enables families flexibility and control over where they receive their care and support. With five bedrooms to accommodate overnight stays, a multi-sensory studio, hydrotherapy pool, music room, play areas, sensory garden, a woodland walk and specialist outdoor play equipment.

Despite the Orwell Bridge traffic, everyone arrived, eventually, and we had a productive morning! 

With the rain holding off we cracked on with the tasks for the morning. Painting the fences was the priority which you all made light work of, getting more painted than expected. We also tackled the shed-clearing in preparation for the new one arriving this week.

Not only did we get a lot done, but we also raised £100 for EACH through booking fees! Now that's a morning well spent!
